Ingredients

  1. 1Ripe mango chopped
  2. 2 cupscurd
  3. 1medium onion finely chopped
  4. 1green chilli finely chopped
  5. 1 tablespoongrated coconut
  6. 1 teaspoonsugar
  7. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred chillies powder
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1 pinchasafoetida
  11. fewcurry leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Take curd in a bowl, add sugar and salt and mix properly. Now add chopped mango and grated coconut, mix well.

    Heat oil in a wok, add asafoetida and mustard seeds, when splutter add chopped onion and green chilli. Fry for a minute, then add red chilli powder and switch off the gas.

    Transfer oil mixture (tadka) in curd bowl and mix it. Decorate with curry leaves and mango slices. Serve and enjoy the taste with family and friends.
