#acc . This is a Bengali rice recipe ...... which is very tasty.
Steps

Soak the gobindobhog rice in water for 30 minit. After that strain the access water and dry the rice properly.

Now heat ghee in a pan and add cardamom, cinnamon,cloves and bay leaves. After 1 minute add ginger and fry it for 1 min. Then add the cashew nuts, raisins and gobindobhog rice. Now fry it in medium flame for 5 minit.

After 5 minit add hot water and mix it well. Now add salt,sugar and garam masala powder and bowl it until the rice is cooked well.

Now our basanti pulao is ready to serve.. you can serve it with mutton kosha, chicken recipes or your favourite side dish.
