Ingredients

  1. Forsev tomato subji-
  2. 3chopped medium sized tomatoes
  3. 50 gramsplain sev
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp eachcumin and mustard seeds
  8. as per tastesalt
  9. ForFor elephant yum subji
  10. 100 gmschopped elephant yum
  11. 1 spoonmustard seeds
  12. 1 spooncumin seeds
  13. 1/2 tbspnturmeric powder
  14. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  15. 1 tbspngroundnut powder
  16. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  17. 1 tbspn1 tbspn grated coconut
  18. to tastesalt
  19. For brinjal potato subji,
  20. 2medium sized chopped brinjal
  21. 2medium size chopped potato
  22. 1medium size chopped tomato
  23. 1 spoongrated ginger
  24. 1 spoonmustard seeds

  26. 1/2 tbspn.Red chilli powder
  27. 1/2 tbspngaram masala powder

  30. 100 gmswhole wheat flour

  34. ForDahi bundi raita-
  35. 100 gmscurd
  36. 50 gmssalted bundi

  39. For stuffed chilli-
  40. 125 gmslong chilli (Golar marcha)
  41. 5 tbspngroundnut powder
  42. 2 tbspngrated coconut
  43. 1 tbspnsesame seeds
  44. 1 tbspnred chilli powder
  45. 1 tbspncumin coriander powder
  46. 1 tbspnsugar
  47. 1/2 tbspnturmeric powder
  48. 2 spoonsbesan

  58. For Gujarati dal-
  59. 1 cupsoaked tuvar daal
  60. 7-8Groundnuts
  61. Pinchasafoetida
  62. 5-6dry fenugreek seeds
  63. 1/2 tbspnturmeric powder
  64. 1 tbspn red chilli powder,
  65. 1 tbspncoriander/ cumin powder
  66. 1/2 cupjaggery
  67. 1lemon
  68. 1 spoongrated ginger
  69. Fortadka in daal-
  70. 1 tbspnmustard seeds
  71. 1 tbspncumin seeds
  72. as requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Sev Tameta subji, take a pan add oil to heat, add mustard and cumin seeds and crackle it. Add chopped tomato and salt. Saute it till it cooked. Add turmeric, red chilli powder. Saute it for 2-3 minute. Add plain sev and mix well.

    For elephant yam subji, take pressure cooker and add oil and put it on gas. Add all ingredients into it. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.Open the lid of the cooker after the pressure reduces completely, sprinkle coriander leaves.

    For brinjal potato subji, take pressure cooker, take oil to heat, add mustard seeds. Let them to splutter it. Add all ingredients and water. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.Open the lid of the cooker after the pressure reduces completely, sprinkle coriander leaves.

    For Dahi bundi raita, take warm water and soaked bundi for 5 minute. Now strain water. Now whip Dahi add bundi, salt and red chilli powder.

    For roti, make a dough. Make round ball of dough. Make them circle and put it on hot tava. Flip onto other side. Spread ghee

    For rice, take all ingredients in cooker. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.

    For Gujarati dal,take soaked daal, asafoetida, groundnut, dry fenugreek seeds in cooker. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.Open the lid of the cooker after the pressure reduces completely. Blend them well. Now add all remaining ingredients except lemon. Add water stir and keep on stove top. Bring daal simmer on a medium flame upto 20-25 minutes. Add lemon and stir well.

    For tadka, heat the oil in small pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splitter. Pour them on the dal and stir daal well.

    For salad, mix cucumber, tomato and salt

    For stuffed chilli, make a long cut on middle of the chilli. Remove seeds out of it. Wash well with water. Now take bowl add groundnut powder, sesame seeds, besan, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder,sugar, turmeric powder. Mix well. Add oil and mix well. Fill the stuffing in chilli. Now take oil in pan. Heat it. Add chilli into this. Sprinkle little bit water. Cover the pan with lid till it cooked. After cooked mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
