Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1big bowl sliced vegetables for frying
  3. 1 ltrmilk,full cream
  4. 200 gmvermicelli
  5. 1cauliflower
  6. 2Potatoes
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 1 tspginger paste
  9. 1 tspkashmiri mirch powder
  10. 1 tspcumin seed
  11. 1bay leaf
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil and ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar oil and water and rest

  2. 2

    Boil milk adding sugar and reduce

  3. 3

    Fry the vermicelli with ghee and add into the milk

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cashew-raisins and switch off

  5. 5

    Now heat oil and fry the veggies adding salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Remove and keep aside add oil in the pan

  7. 7

    Temper cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle

  8. 8

    Add cauliflower florets and Potatoes saute well

  9. 9

    Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  10. 10

    Cover it till it is soft

  11. 11

    Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder,mix well

  12. 12

    Add sugar and mix well
