Cooking Instructions

Take a large bowl add wheat flour, semolina,salt and curd mix it then add water.And mix it 5 minutes. Then rest it for 6 to 8 minutes.

After this when mixture is thick then add little more water and mix it now your dosa batter is ready,then add baking powder and mix it.
- 3
Take a dosa tawa grease the oil and sprinkle water then clean the tawa and lower the flame and spread dosa batter.Cook it medium to high flame only two minutes. Now aata dosa ready.to serve it's very healthy too.
