Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsmaida
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 400 gmssugar
  4. 200 mlwater
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. Pinchorange colour
  7. Ghee for frying (homemade)
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  9. 5-6pistachio

Cooking Instructions

    Take maida, curd and baking soda. Mix well. Add little by little water to make a thick batter. Add orange colour. Mix well. Now make chasni by making sugar syrup.

    Rest it for 10 mins. Now heat ghee in a pan, take a sauce bottle, fill it with the batter. And after ghee being moderate hot, drop the batter in the ghee in circular mode and make jalebi's. When done drop the jalebi's in the chasni. Remove in the serving plate and garnish with chopped pistachio.
