Keep all ingredients ready, dry roast cinnamon, black pepper, cumin seeds, clove and cardamom for two minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan, season with mustard seed, fry the onions,pineapple flower, cashew, curry leaves. Grinde chillies, garlic along with roasted spices to powder.

Wash the rice, add to the pan sauté well with fried onions. Add water and close lid to get rice cooked.

Add grinded spices to cooked rice with salt - Mix well. BIRANJI RICE IS READY TO SERVE.
