Ingredients

  1. 500 mlCurd
  2. 1/2 cupGreen Grapes chopped
  3. 1/2 cuppomegranate
  4. 1/2 cupWalnuts chopped
  5. 2 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Keep all ingredients ready, dry roast 1 spoon of cumin seeds and coarsely grind to powder.

    Churn the curd with help of churning stick, add green grapes, walnuts, pomigranite seeds, salt, sugar, cumin seeds and cumin powder and mix well. Green Grapes, walnut and pomogranite raita is ready to serve.
