Prepare a dough and rest for 20 min

Prepare the stuffing and add potatoes and mash it and add all spices and mix well

Make a ball with dough and roll it and fill stuffing in it and close it

And press it and gently press the edges

Heat oil in kadai and deep fry it

Serve kachori with chuttney
