Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbajra (added 1 bowl of water & pressure cooked for 3 whistles & allowed to sprout)
  2. 1 cupchopped onions
  3. 4-5chopped green chillies
  4. 1 cupbesan
  5. 1 cuprice flour
  6. 1 tbspcumin /coriander powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  9. as requiredOil
  10. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix 1 bowl bajra, 1 cup chopped onions, 4-5 chopped green chilies, 1 cup besan, 1 cup rice flour, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp cumin coriander seeds powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder. Make two balls from the mixture.

    Spread 2 tbsp oil on a hot tawa. Place one ball and spread into thalipeeth. Make small holes in thalipeeth. Add oil in the holes. Cover & cook from both sides.

    Serve with pickle.
