Ingredients

  1. Beef 1 kilo
  2. Chaana daal half kilo
  3. 3medium Onion
  4. 1 tspGaram masala pwd
  5. Salt to be tasted
  6. 1 tbspred chilli pwd
  7. Oil to fry
  8. Mint and coriander leaves according to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled all ingredients as beef,chaana daal, garam masala pwd, red chilli pwd, one onion.

  2. 2

    As it done, blend it into fine paste. Now add remaining choppe onion, salt, mint coriander leaves cutting and egg. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Now grease Ur hand and make round shape kababs. Heat oil and fry till golden brown. Serve with ketchup or raita
