  1. 100 grcay siem
  2. 3 clovesgarlic's copping
  3. 2 tbscooking oil
  4. 1/4 tbsSalt
  5. 1 tbshao chi if don't have can change use 1/2 Oyster sauce
  6. If use oyster sauce u can add sugar 1/4 tbs
  7. 50 mlWater

    First time u clean vegetables use water after that u cut Vege

    Take garlic's copping

    Prepare cooking oil 2tbs put garlic into hot cooking oil stir until fragrant golden brown

    After that put Vege into fry pan stir well put salt hao chi if don't have can change with oyster sauce don't forget put a bit sugar stir well more, pour a bit water stir until Vege cooking*don't cook long time the taste from Vege no nice *... U try the taste if ok turn off the fire

    Take out of Vege serve on the plate
