Ingredients

  1. 100 grchicken breast, cubed
  2. 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  3. 1/2 cupgreen bean, chop to bite size pieces
  4. 1 cupbroccoli
  5. 1 cupcauliflower
  6. 1/4 cupbaby corn
  7. 1egg, scrambled
  8. 2 clovesgarlic grated
  9. 1onion finely chopped
  10. 2 cmgalangal
  11. 1bay leave
  12. season (salt, pepper, and sugar)
  13. 3 tbssoy sauce
  14. 1 tbssesame oil
  15. 3 tbsextra virgin coconut oil
  16. 50 mlwater
  17. 1grated candle nut
  18. 1 tbscayenne pepper
  19. 1 cupsweet mustard leaves
  20. mix 1 tbs corn flours to 2 tbs of water

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in medium high then add onion, galangal, bay leave and cook until onion translucent

    Add garlic and candle nut then stir, add in a pinch of salt and add vegs (carrot, green bean, baby corn, broccoli florets, cauliflower, mustard leaves) and water then stir well continuously fo2 or 3 minutes

    Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar and pepper or little bit of salt if required then mix it all around

  4. 4

    Cook for 30 second, add corn flour mixture and stir for another 30 seconds then turn off the heat

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
