Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcoriander powder
  2. 1/2 cupcoconut powder
  3. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 1/2 cupgrinded dry fruits(cashews, almond,pista and makhana)
  5. 2 tbspghee
  6. 2 tbspmilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly heat the ghee in a wok.add coriander powder and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.afterthat add coconut powder and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.

    Now add dry fruits powder and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.

  3. 3

    Now let it cool.

  4. 4

    Afterthat add powdered sugar and 2tbsp milk and make laddu from this panjiri.
