Frist boil chowmein. Take 4/5 cups of water to a rolling bowl add a big pinch of salt and chowmein. Let it cook for 4/5 minutes. Chowmein should be soft not mushy. Drain the water add little oil and toss. Keep it aside. For egg vurji beat eggs and pinch of salt. Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil and pour egg. Stir until the mixture begins form soft cards breaking bigger clumps off eggs.

Take a pan heat 2tbsp oil add chopped garlic stir and saute for 30 seconds add onion and mix well. Cook till onion gets soft and translucent. Add all vegetables mix well and cook for 2/3 minutes do not over cook. Now add sauces and mix well add chowmein. Add eggs bhurji, salt and pepper powder to taste. Toss everything together till chowmein is coated with sauce. Last add lemon juice. Remove it to a serving plate.
