Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbground beef or ground turkey
  2. 1 tbspchili powder
  3. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/4 tsponion powder
  5. 1/4red pepper flakes
  6. 1/4dried oregano
  7. 1/2 tsppaprika
  8. 1 1/2 tspcumin
  9. 1 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 tspsea salt
  11. 1/2tomato
  12. 4tostada shells
  13. 4small tortillas
  14. 410" tortillas
  15. Sour cream
  16. Shredded lettuce
  17. Nacho cheese
  18. 1 tbspWater
  19. 1 tbspcanola or vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all seasonings and mix.

    Add ground beef to a hot skillet and cook until there is no pink left.

    Add water and seasoning, stir. Set aside

  4. 4

    Wash and small chop the tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Add 1/4 ground beef to the middle of a large tortilla, top with nacho cheese. Add a tostada shell on top and spread with sour cream, add lettuce and tomatoes. Top with small tortilla. Fold up the sides inwards.

    Add oil to a medium skillet. Add a crunchwrap face down, cook 1-2 each side and repeat. Enjoy!
