Take butter in a mixing bowl and melt it (no use of gas stove or microwave)

Add powdered sugar in it and mix them until it creamed and remove the lumps.

Then add refined flour and mix them properly.

Add cocoa powder in it, mix it and add choco essence then add egg. After adding an egg. Mix them properly and add choco chips

Now the dough is ready. Make medium size balls of it and put it in a tray. Remember: greasing or oiling should be done before on a the tray.

And bake them for 25 min. At 175 deg. Celsius
