Peel potato skin and grate them

Now soak the grated potatoes in fitkari water for about 10-15 mins

Now remove all the water and spread it over a cloth to soak all the excess water for 10 mins

Now deep fry in very lill quantity at a tym on low-medium flame until it turns out to be crispy..

Once done now in the same oil deep fry peanuts until cooked properly and take them off and switch off the stove.

Now in a bowl add fried potatoes and peanuts and sprinkle black pepper, icing sugar and salt and mix with light hands..Yummy aloo kaadi is ready to be served!
