Steps

Whisk sugar and ghee until it becomes fluffy

Now sieve maida, custard powder, Elaichi powder and baking soda

Add the dry mixture to ghee m sugar mixture, mix it well and forma dough

Pre heat microwave at 200 degrees for about 2 mins..until then make small balls of nankhatai

Once done now gently press nankhatai balls and make a cross cut on them and paste lill grated dry fruits and kesar strands over each nankhatai and keep it on the baking tray

Let the cookies bake for about 20-22 mins at 200 degrees on convection mode

Once done take them out and let it cool for smtym...cookies are ready to be served..
