Ingredients

  1. Tadka daal
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Ginger
  5. Salt
  6. Turmuric
  7. Kasuri meethi
  8. Egg
  9. leavesCorriander
  10. Tomato
  11. Green chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the daal in pressure. Fry the onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli. Then add tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Next add salt, turmuric and add the boiled daal.

  3. 3

    Make scrambled eggs. And add to the daal.

  4. 4

    Then add corriander leaves and kasuri meethi and mix well.

  5. 5

    Then cover for sometime and serve with chapatti or paratha.
