Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspmustard seed
  2. 1 tbsppoppy seed
  3. 4 tbspcurd
  4. 8-10green chilli
  5. Salt
  6. 1/2 tspturmuric
  7. 6 tbspmustard oil
  8. 500 gmpomfret

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly marinate the fish with turmuric and salt.

    Heat the mustard oil and fry the fish.

    Next take the fishes and keep aside. Then pour the pastes of poppy seed, mustard and green chilli and add some water and leave it to boil for sometime.

    Next add turmuric and salt and add rinsed yogurt. And leave it to boil for 2-3 minutes.

    Next add the fishes to the mixture and cover for 2-3 minutes.

    Once the gravy becomes thick pour into a bowl and garnish with some corriander leaves and serve with steamed hot rice.
