Ingredients

  • 500 gmboneless mutton pieces (cut into thin slices)
  • 1large size onion paste
  • 1 tbspsraw papaya paste
  • 1 tbspsgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tbspsginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspmeat masala powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspsoil
  • 2 tbspsoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First take all the thin slices of mutton in a mixing bowl and add all the listed ingredients mix it well and keep it for 30 minutes for marination.

    After 30 minutes heat up a pan with oil add the marinated slices and cook it for about 5-8 minutes till it's done.

    And our delicious pasinda is ready. Serve with chapati or rice.
