Ingredients

  1. Mutton Paayy
  2. 4large onion (paste)
  3. 6large tomatoes (paste)
  4. 3 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspor as required salt
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspcorainder powder
  9. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste (optional)
  10. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  11. 1 tspcloves
  12. 1large piece of cinnamon stick
  13. 1 1/2 cupoil
  14. 2 glasswater
  15. 12 glasswater
  16. 1 tbspgaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the paayy in the handi, ginger garlic paste,whole spices and 2 glass of water.

  2. 2

    Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 15 to 20minutes.

  3. 3

    Add onion paste,tomato paste,all
    the spice and oil.

  4. 4

    Mix well, cook on high flame for 5minutes.

  5. 5

    Add 12 glasses water and cover.

  6. 6

    Cook on medium flame for 45 minutes.

  7. 7

    Then add garam masala powder and mix.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with naan and rice.
