Rinse the rice twice with water and soak the almonds in warm water for 15-20 mins before cooking. Then peel it. Also keep the dry fruits(chopped according to your choice)keep ready in order to save your cooking time.

Pour the milk in a pan and keep it on flame, add sugar and cardamom powder while it is boiling.

Add soaked rice to it. And keep stirring in every 2-3 mins untill the rice is boiled properly.

Then add dry fruits to it. And let it cook for 15-20 mins on a low flame and the supertasty kheer is done! Adding Saffron threads will give a beautiful colour to the dish!

Serve it in a bowl. You can add some dry fruits to garnish and enjoy the taste!
