Ingredients

2 hrs  soaking 10 minutes cooking and 10 mi
2 pieces
  • 4ripe bananas
  • 1 cuppeanut milk
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspdesicated coconut(roasted)
  • 1spoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tbspmilk powder
  • as requiredalmonds for decoration

Steps

2 hrs  soaking 10 minutes cooking and 10 mi
  1. 1

    For making peanut milk : Soak 1 cup peanuts in hot water for 2 hrs. Drain and blend in 1 cup fresh water and strain. Milk will be used in this recipe and residue can be used in other recipes

    Cut the bananas in small pieces

    Add peanut milk in a pan to boil and then add bananas and cook on medium flame stirring continuosly.

  4. 4

    When all liquid is dried add ghee and stir nicely then add sugar and stir it to dry all liquid.

  5. 5

    When mixture gets cool add milk powder and coconut and mix nicely to make a smooth dough.

  6. 6

    Add cocoa powder to half portion of the dough so that now you have 2 doughs 1 white and 1 brown.

  7. 7

    For making roses: Roll a white ball in a circle Put a small brown ball in centre. cut the white portion in 6 equalsto give a shape of rose

  8. 8

    For side pieces : Make ladoos by using first brown then white then again brown and cut into pieces

  9. 9

    Decorate with almonds and enjoy the exotic supertasty and supernutritious Roses of banana in peanut milk. Thanks and Have a nice day
