Ingredients

  • 2tomato sliced
  • 1 cupBesan
  • to tasteSalt acc
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

    In a bowl add besan

  2. 2

    Now add spices like salt, red chilli, baking soda

  3. 3

    Now add water and make batter

  4. 4

    Cut tomato in thick slices and remove the seeds

  5. 5

    Dip in batter and fry in hot oil

  6. 6

    Serve with green chutney
