First wash and blanch spinach for 2 minutes.Now In a vok add 1 tbsp oil add garlic and onion and saute well.Now let it cool and grind it with 3 boiled potatoes.

Now take out the mixture in a bowl and add half cup of gram flour and mix it well,now add salt coriander powder and garam masala and knead it.

Now grease your palms with oil and make the balls with spinach mixture and fill the balls with cheese and roasted peanuts and deep fry the balls..

Now for gravy-In a vok add 1 tbsp oil add onions cook them for 5- 6 mins,add tomatoes sauce mix them well, add chillies.Now grind the mixture well.Now add 1 tbsp oil cumin seeds 1 bay leaf pinch of asafoetida, dry Kashmirii mirch,stir well.Now add onion tomato mixture cook for 10 mins on low flame.When oil seperates out add 1 tbsp of amul cream.Now add half cup of boiling water.Cook for 5 mins. Now put spinach cheese kofta and cook for another 5 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves and amul cream. Spinach cheese koftas are ready to serve!
