Steps

First wash all the vegetables before use.

Take a pan add oil then add onion,green chilli,ginger and garlic mix it then add almonds and fry it for 1 minutes then add tomato and mix it for 1 minutes.

Take it out and lets it cook and blend this make a smooth puree.

Add oil in the same pan let it heat on medium flame then fry all the vegetables one by one on medium flame 3,4 minutes

Now same pan add oil when oil is heat then add cumin seeds it's crackle reduce the flame on low add turmeric and red chilli powder mix it properly.

Add blended masala paste sut it and fry it for few seconds then add salt,coriander powder,meat masala and 1/2 glass of water stir it for few seconds then add fried vegetables and garam masala

Cover the pan pan cook it till the vegetables soft. Turn off the flame. Mixed vegetables is ready to serve.
