Cooking Instructions

Boil the milk in a deep kadai on high flame stirring continuously
- 2
Now, reduce the flame to medium and cook for 20-25 minutes or till the milk reduces to half it's quantity, stirring occasionally and scraping the sides of the pan

Add the sugar, mix well and cook till the mixture resembles mawa, stirring continuously
- 4
Transfer the khoya to a plate, spread with the help of a spatula and keep aside to cool for 15-20 minutes
- 5
Add the cardamom powder and mix well
- 6
Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and make pedas
- 7
Serve or store in an air tight container
