Achari Masala paneer stuffed chole paratha

Knead the dough with chole puree.

Add dry masalas with olive oil and water and knead a soft dough

Now make stuffing of paneer,pickle masala,onion,salt and black pepper powder and ajwain and mix well.

Take a ball from the dough and slightly roll it with rolling pin.

Now fill the stuffing in it and fold with hands and seal it.

Now again roll it with rolling pin.

Now roast it with desi ghee from both the sides on a non stick tawa.

Now cut it in triangles and serve hot with homemade tomato chutney,veggies,raita or tea.
