Ak pan ma oil daal kar payaz brown kar lay.

Payaz brown hunay par tomatoes add kar kay fry kar lay, phir payaz or tomato ko blinder ma dal kar blind kar lay.

Ushi pan ma aloo or arvi ko fry kar kay nikal lay.

Blind kia huwa mixer pan ma daal daay.

Or sath hi namak, pisi hui lal mirch, garam masala or haldi daal kar bhon lay.

Bhonay huwa masalay ma fry arvi, alo or pani dal kar 10 minutes kay liye pakanay rakh daay.

10 minutes kay baad dish out kar kay serve karay.
