Blend the corn kernels together with the peppers, crayfish and half the onions

Add the salt, stock cubes, the other half of the onion (diced), the vegetable oil and the fish (shredded)

Mix well, adjust seasoning and turn into a baking pan

Steam bake for about an hour or until it solidifies
