Crush the sweet corn in a blender along with green chilies and ginger.

In the crushed corn paste add corn dalia and sour curd,asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, lime juice and mix properly.

Add water to make a thick, dropping consistency batter and put it aside for 30 minutes.

Prepare the steamer and grease steel plates with oil.

Add the fruit salt to the dhokla batter, mix well and immediately put the batter into the prepared plate.

Steam for 12-15 minutes or till a knife/ tester inserted comes out clean.

Top red chilli powder on it & Serve Corn Dhokla with Dhaniya and Pudina Chutney.
