Steps

Wash the palak and cook for 2 minutes in water.once cooked remove the palak and soak into cool water.

Fry the peanut till it turns golden brown.let it cool and peel the skin

Add ground nuts to mixie jar and grind it,then add green chilli,palak,salt and ginger.add water and grind to a smooth paste.Chutney is ready

Keep a pan pour oil add urad dhal and mustart seeds,dry red chilli and curry leaves.Add to the chutney and serve..
