Take a bowl put gram flour, curd, salt, water mix without any lumps

Take a aluminium bowl grease it and put better in a bowl

Stem in 20 minutes after ready dhokla cut into pieces
- 4
For tadka put some oil heat it add mustard seed, curry leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, sugar and water and heat well
- 5
Apply tadka all over dhokla pieces and serve it
