Wash and finely cut methi leaves, cut potato thinly as it should cook at the same time

In a frying pan heat oil add chopped garlic, when garlic starts realising its aroma add methi leaves and potato

After cooking min or two add salt cook for 5 min
- 4
Add green chilli mix and cook until potato and methi cooked properly, cooking process should be medium to low from the beginning. Methi taste a bit bitter but healthy, can be used as a side or have with chapati or rice.
