Cook the tomatoes, and when they boil, add the árbol and guajillo chiles.

Meanwhile, shred the meat and make flautas or tacos.

Blend 2 tomatoes with 1/4 onion, 2 garlic cloves, the chiles, cumin, salt, and pepper. Once well blended, strain and fry the sauce.

Blend the remaining tomatoes with salt, oregano, and 1 teaspoon of bouillon. This sauce is not spicy.

Wash and disinfect the lettuce or cabbage.

Fry the tacos and drain.

Serve with lettuce, cream, and tomato sauce and spicy sauce, or with cabbage and pickled onion.
