Pan Grilled Buttered Liver

Wash your liver, add your parsley, celery, ginger, garlic, pepper in a blender and blend. Add it in bowl and add the liver with enough seasoning and marinate for 30mins. Add your butter in a pan and add the marinated liver. Grill side by side for 10mins in all. Add you chopped onions while grilling. Get your plate and make a bed of lettuce add the liver, sprinkle your spring onions and add sliced Cucumber and enjoy😉
