It's a simple solution to someone who has not much time to make a meal. A delicious dressing, quick-cook pasta, use of an oven, and it makes for a really delicious kid-friendly meal. The dressing can be used for salads and anything else in the future too!

Ingredients

45 minutes
3 servings
  1. Chicken breasts
  2. Marinade
  3. 3 tbspsteak powder
  4. 1.5 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsppepper
  6. 2 tbspOyster sauce
  7. 1 tsponion powder
  8. 1 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  11. 2 tspsesame seed oil
  12. To cook
  13. 1.5 tbspcooking oil
  14. 2carrots (sliced)
  15. 2 sprigsspring onion
  16. Sesame seed
  17. Japanese sesame dressing
  18. Cooked Pasta

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinade chicken pieces with above sauces and spices in large bowl for 20 mins

    Slice carrots

  3. 3

    Oil baking pan and place carrots at bottom of pan

  4. 4

    Place marinaded chicken on top of carrots and bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins in oven

  5. 5

    Cook pasta of choice in a little bit of oil and drain

  6. 6

    Coat cooked pasta with Japanese sesame dressing, topped with spring onions and sesame seed. (Image taken off internet)

    Serve pasta with cooked chicken slices and carrots
