First of all grate the paneer.

Roast the cashew nuts for sometimes and when they cool down then grind them with nutmeg, cardamom and cloves to make a powder.

Roast the gram flour till there is a nice aroma comes out and then keep them aside.

Fry the grated onion in a tsp of ghee and then add the ginger garlic paste in it and cook it for sometime till the raw smell has gone.

Mix it with the grated paneer. Also add all the ingredients in it to make dough.

Now the dough is ready.

Rest it for 10 minutes. Then make equal size small patties from it.

Heat a pan with ghee and shallow fry the patties in it.

Cook both the sides of the patties till brown in colour.

Now your veg galouti kebabs are ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
