  • About 3 oz. dried beef
  • 2eggs
  • 1small tomato, diced
  • 1 pieceonion, diced
  • 1/2serrano pepper, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion, tomato, and pepper for about 3 minutes.

    Add the dried beef and fry for another 3 minutes.

    Add the eggs and salt to taste, keeping in mind that the dried beef is already salty. Mix well, turn off the heat, and continue stirring to prevent the eggs from drying out.
