Ingredients

  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic(finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Soaked Rice
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 cup Corn Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • For Dip---------------------------
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbspsesame oil
  • 1red chilli-(finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Green onion finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl take all ingredients except rice. Mix well and make a dough.

    Now take small piece from dough and make ball. Now roll this ball in soaked rice. Make all like this.

    Now heat a steamer and put all balls in steamer for 10-15 min.

    Our rice momos are ready.

    For dip take all ingredients of dip. Mix well. Dip is ready. Now dip and momos are ready to serve.
