For dhokla take the fermented batter and pour in plate and place in steamer

Take besan...add eno, ginger garlic paste suji, haldi and hing

Soak rice dal and poha for 4to 5 hrs..and grind them to smooth paste..keep them for 7-8 hrs for fermentation

For masala dhokla take the besan batter and top it with cabbage and onion and place it in the steamer

For double layer dhokla first pour the rice dal batter and on top the besan batter

Pour the tadka on all three plates and cut them in diamond shapes

Steam and then...prepare tadka for all..heat oil put mustard seeds and jeera and curry leaves

U can have them with any sauce or chutney
