Boil water add salt and few drops of oil.after boiling water add noodles cook for 10-12 mins. Drain excess water and cool down at room temperature.

Now in big utensil add all ingredients except oil, breadcrumbs and refined flour.

Mix properly and make equal size of balls by greasing ur palms.

Now make batter from leftover refined flour adding water.dip one by one each balls and coated in breadcrumbs.place it in refrigerator for 15_20 mins.

Take out from fridge and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
