    Pakory bnane ke liy baesan mein sub masaly aur baking soda,salt add kar ke pani sa normal better bana lae aur pakory fry kar lae aur karri jab thick ho jaye tu pakory dal dae aur cover kar ke 1 min cook karein.Tarka ke liy ghee mein onion fry karein golden ho jay tu zeera,sabut gol surkh mirchen dal ke 1 min karkara lae phr is bhighar ko karri par dal dae aur cover kar dae.GaramGaramserve karein zeera rice ke sath
