Strawberry soufley

Take little water add a packet of strawberry jelly and boil for a while..let it get little cool..now add evapourated milk and fresh cream to it mix it well

Take cupcakes,crumbled it add cream to it mix well..add this to the serving tray,keep in freeze for 10 to 15 mins

Now take out the serving tray from freeze and add the mixed jelly cream, refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours..

Take crumble cupcake add crushed almonds to it mix well..add at the top of the thicken soufley and drop up some chocolate sauce and serve chill

I bought plenty of strawberries and somebody also gave some to me. I used them to make a mousse with a little bit of an effort.You can use any kind of 12 cm mould, but I used a tart mould. I use the same mould for the sponge and jelly inside.Alcohol content is evaporated from the white wine so you won't taste too much of it. For 15 cm [5.9 in] circle mould with removable bottom.
