  • 1/2 cuptill
  • 4 tbspCardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupKhashkhaash
  • 1 kgSugar
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1 1/2 cupghee
  • dry nuts (crushed)
  • 2-3 tbspfennel
  • Oil for deep fry

    Take all purpose flour and strain it to remove dust particles.

    Bhunify sooji with till and crushed coconut

    Dissolve sugar in 1 glass water on low flame to make thin sheera

    Now add khashkhsh, roasted sooji, ghee, cardamompowder, All nuts & fennels on flour.Knead with sheera.

    Knead well and make round shape tikiya..Small or large size of roat is up to u..

    Now roast on plane pan without adding any ghee or oil..in a low flame.

    When it become light golden turn out and roast sec turn of roat.

    Now it's ready for deep frying.

    Take Oil in other pan and deep fry all roats till it become golden brown.

    Now hot serve or warm serve.
