Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgMutton
  • 1🐥Onion (large sliced)
  • 6🐥Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 cup🐥Oil
  • 250 gm🐥Tomatoes chopped
  • 🐥Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
  • 1 tsp🐥Salt
  • 🐥Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
  • 🦌chilli powder 2 tsp heaped
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1/4 tsp🦌Black cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tsp🦌All spice
  • 🦌Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbspS🦌Yogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, heat up oil.

    Add meat, tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, onion and cook on medium heat till meat nearly tender

  2. 2

    Then add coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper powder, black cumin seeds, all spice and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add yogurt, green chillies and fry well.

  4. 4

    Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Delicious, aromat peshawari karahi is ready to be SERVE with naan
