Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and blanch spinach and keep it aside. Now take the same pan. Add two tbsp oil and fry cashew. Now add half tbsp cumin, after cracking add chopped onion then add ginger garlic paste, chopped capsicum, green peans, blanched spinach, mint, green coriander, green chillies, cover it up with lid for one minute on medium flame.

    Now add roasted cumin powder, garam masala, white pepper, black salt, salt to taste, javitri, jaiphal, cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom, black pepper and fry for one minute. Now cool down the ingredients and make a paste of it.

    Now add boiled potato, bread crumbs, mashed paneer, roasted gram flour and make a dough.

    Now make small patties, sprinkle bread crumbs and now add one piece of cashew on each patty and shallow fry all the patties and serve it with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
