Corn Cheese Waffles

Grind the corn coarsely. Now take in bowl all ingredients and make a thick batter. Keep aside for 5 mins.

Now heat a pan cover for 15 min at high flame. Put a rack in it and cover it.

Now pour the batter in a waffles mould. Tap it so that batter spread uniformly. Put it into the plate and put this plate on rack and cover it and cook for 10-15 mins at low to medium flame.

Now remove the slices from mould.
Again heat a pan and put these slices on it and cook both sides till golden brown. - 5
Now flap the designed side and sprinkle the cheese and cook up to cheese melt.

For dressing put all ingredients of dressing in a bowl and mix well. Dressing is ready.

Now put waffles slice in a plate and put dressing on it. Our corn cheese waffles are ready to serve.
